Refund Eligibility and Timeline
Refunds will be issued based on the timing of the cancellation in relation to the scheduled event:

• Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee to cover administrative costs.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the event will qualify for a 50% refund of the total payment. This partial refund reflects the costs incurred in preparation for the event.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are generally not eligible for a refund due to commitments and expenses already allocated. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies, such as medical issues, provided valid documentation is submitted.

Rescheduling Policy
In some cases, clients may prefer to reschedule rather than cancel. Adventures Travel allows rescheduling requests to be made, subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to notify us as early as possible to increase the likelihood of securing a new date. Any price difference resulting from the change will be discussed and agreed upon before confirmation.

Non-Refundable Payments
Some deposits or specific prepayments may be designated as non-refundable due to the nature of the services provided or the conditions of the booking. These terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to addressing them with fairness. Clients facing situations such as severe medical emergencies or other significant disruptions should contact us promptly. Each case will be evaluated individually, and supporting documentation may be required.
